Rather, she was inspired to establish a contracting company emphasizing a stellar customer experience through innovative technology and unsurpassed craftsmanship. By applying this winning formula, Greta has built an award-winning multimillion dollar brand with hundreds of five-star customer ratings.
Together with Golden Group COO Freddy Campoverde, Golden Group now offers solar installation. True to Greta’s spirit of innovation, Golden Group Solar takes the installation process in a new direction. Instead of viewing roofing and solar installation as separate processes, Golden Group expertly integrates the two into a single, integrated project for a superior solar roof and a simplified process for customers.
Greta Bajrami is the Massachusetts President and Chair of National Woman in Roofing Council, Executive Board of Director and Treasurer of the New England Roofing Contractor Association, and a Foundation Board Member and Scholarship Committee of Worcester State University. A respected industry entrepreneur, Greta speaks, educates, and inspires her peers on topics including “Success is a state of mind” and “Getting over your forever failure mindset.”

Greta emigrated to the USA at nine years old from Tirana, Albania. She grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she attended Worcester State University.
