Fabian, lead solar and roof installation manager, oversees the entire installation process and ensures 100% compliance. He is a primary reason for our reputation being all about leak-free roofs for solar installations. Our most senior roofer, (with 29+ years of roofing experience in roofing), Fabian is the first one on the roof and the last one off, inspecting the entire job personally before considering it complete and ready for launch. He trains all new roof and solar installation apprentices and ensures they are fully educated and prepared for each project.
